It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Dean he is an honest and reliable man. He delivery what he promised and answer all my questions, I like that is a family business. The crew arrived on time and work very hard, on a very hot day and finished the job in one day like hi said they will. Price was very fair, I will recommend him, very highly.

I had 3 houses to do, and i can not say enough good things about this company, they were AWESOME from start to finish. I had them do all of my soffit and fascia work to all 3 homes, and remove and replace shingles on all 3 homes. They showed up with about 20 workers and literally had the work done that day, with just a half day with 3 workers the following day to finish. In one word, IMPRESSIVE and thank you Dean and Dan!!! GREAT JOB!!!

This past hurricane season we had discovered a roof leak in our family room after some heavy rain. We had to scramble to find a professional roofer who would be willing to come out and do an emergency fix. The reason it was hard to find a roofer was because we found the leak 3 days prior Hurricane Dorian was, supposedly, going to hit Palm Beach County where we live. We were blessed to find Palm Beach Roofing & Maintenance, LLC. The owner of the company, Mr. Dean, came to our home to assess the problem and on the very next day he sent one of his employees to patch up the leak so we could make through the storm without any major problems. We were so impressed by the professionalism and quick response by Palm Beach Roofing & Maintenance, LLC that a couple of days later we hired them to replace our 16 years old single roof for a new metal roof having full confidence that the installation would be done correctly. We went back and forth while choosing the metal color and finally we decided on the copper penny color. It was a little more money, but we love the color. The big surprise came after the installation... we went back two years comparing our electric bills and was amazed to see that our December 2019, and January 2020 were around $60.00 less then December 2017 and 2018, and January 2018 and 2019. Our new roof installation was completed in November 2019. We were thrilled with the 40 years warrant on the roof, but finding out about the electric savings was just the cherry on the top. The copper penny color reflects the heat with such efficiency that our home is much cooler and our AC no longer needs to run nonstop. The bottom line is, the finished roof did exceed our expectations and has made our home look amazing. The work and craftsmanship was outstanding. The job site was orderly with the crew taking great care to clean up debris and equipment. In short Palm Beach Roofing & Maintenance, LLC is an exceptional, family owned and operated, roofing company who takes great pride in their work and service to their customer and made the experience effortlessly.

Amazing, professional and friendly. Dean got me out of a bind. I contacted him on a Monday. Signed paperwork on Tuesday, and Friday they were working on my roof. Taylor stayed the whole time answering our questions. The crew they have truly worked their butts off. The job was done in 2 days! Just amazing. What I love the most is that it is a family business. Very down to earth, honest and awesome at what they do. Thank you again Dean,Taylor and the amazing crew

Weather it's repairs or replacement Dean, Dan & Crew are true honest professionals! They came and fixed our roof for a fair price when several others wouldn't bother with us to come do a smaller job! We are customers for life! We recommend them to everyone! Roofing is a major investment to your home, you will be glad to have these guys building your investment, they are true professionals!

Dean and his crew did an amazing job on our roof!! The color we wanted was on back order so Dean gave us a very quick and available alternative which did not delay the start date...the roof tear off was done in one day and the roof completely refinished in 2 days! It looks great and they did an amazing job in such a short amount of time! If I know anyone who needs a new roof in the future I will certainly send them to Palm Beach Roofing!!!! Dean went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier or more grateful!!

Just recently had Dean and his team complete a re-roof of my home and I would fully recommend this company to anyone who requires repair or replacement. Everyone was so personal and explained everything from start to finish (which didn't take a month and a half like other roofing companies quoted me). Living in Florida for seventeen years, I had to have the roof on my property replaced twice. This second time recently was because the 2004 roof was improperly and shoddley installed and was damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017.
